I am 39 years old and going through divorce. Living alone. Keep myself engage in work when in office. But feel restless and alone when at room in evening and night. I have no friend to talk to them and keep myself happy. Afraid of losing sex power as I have no desire of even masturbation. I am prediabetes. Rest organs like kidney, liver and cholesterol are ok. Is this is due to depression? Also I need any Medical help or not.
