I?m 25 year old male. I got a love bite from a person of unknown HIV status above an year back. I don?t think there was a bleeding in her mouth and I had no symptoms for one year but two months back I had a swollen lymph node in my armpit which reduced in size in three days but still continues to be there with 4 mm size, painless and flexible. For the last one week I am experiencing constant and extreme fatigue throughout the day which seems not to get away after resting. I have no other symptoms. Is is possible I am HIV positive? I have not taken a test yet because I am preparing myself to accept the reality.
