I am 40 year old and have back pain (solder Down) for last one year. I am do the daily morning yoga and meditation but not cure some time highly came pain. Pain came to some day left side shoulder down and some days right side shoulder down what should do.

Yoga it's meant to relieve stress and maintain fitness, it won't cure pains, in fact if you continue yoga with pain, it will get aggravate. Stop doing yoga temporarily and start physiotherapy asap, asa pain comes down continue with yoga.
