Recently, I had an exposure. My peeled skin area (two days old with small flash cut) touched blood. Is there any HIV risk?

Yes. You are still in good time and can be helped with pep. Also think of other STDs. Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done. Don't waste time as pep works best till 48 hrs and to some extent till 72 hrs if exposure.

Theres a risk of hiv if the blood your skin got touched is infected one. If no, then no need to worry. If you doubt of being infected, go for a hiv test.
