-I have been having UN diagnosis back pain since the past two years. At times I feel I am going to lose my balance and hence have started using a crutch. -The orthopedic that was treating me did not think it was a disc or back problem and insisted I take a neurological opinion. - I got a clean chit from a senior neurophysican too -I went to one of the leading orthopedic surgeons in Bombay he too felt it was not a back problem. Getting no relief or diagnosis I left taking any treatment but when unbearable would take relief from pain killers. - In May this year I was feeling very breathless all the time and could even lie down on my stomach or back I thought because of my past unsuccessful bariatric surgery may be there was some problem and decided to do a sonography.- That?s when I came to know I had fluid in the chest (which was confirmed by an X Ray) - I went to a pulmonologist who suggested I do a CT Scan - The CT scan showed pleural effusion ? collapse of the left lung and a mass on the chest wall. I went to the oncologist who recommended I do a biopsy of the mass on the chest wall (Which was clear) - The Oncologist then referred me to another senior pulmonologist who said the liquid in the chest too has to be examined for Malignancy and TB (All the reports for the same were clear) - After not getting any relief recently I went to a Cardiologist and he asked me to do a PET CT Scan along with some further blood Test of which the M- Band and Immuno_fixation_report came positive. The oncologist mentioned we need to rule out Multiple Myeloma and suggested a bone marrow biopsy. (The Bone marrow Biopsy Aspiration report is attached the Bone marrow will come in three days.) Past History -------------- - Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the Nasopharynx in 2006 ? MALT lymphoma (underwent Radiation therapy for the same) - Underwent bariatric surgery (sleeve gastrectomy) in 2014 - Underwent Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Gastric bypass in 2015 Present complaints - Unbearable pain in back area (primarily upper back and left lower back) - Off late pain in ribs and lower legs too also elbows and wrist (At times) - Morning and frequent head aches.
