Hello doctors, my wife is suffering from miliary TB and TB in spine and brain. TB has damaged two of the vertebrae in lumber spine, although there is no compression on the spine yet. She is on TB medication for last six weeks, she has gained appetite and weight. Her severe headaches are 90% gone, she is wearing a thoracolumbar rigid brace and on a complete bed rest. Her latest MRI after sox weeks does not show much improvement in the spine. There is some kind of abscess formation as well which wasn't there before. Her back started paining again, not as severe as it was before. She is currently in Dubai and we are planning to bring her to Delhi. I have heard good feedback for ISIC but not sure if they have TB specialty. Any other recommendations? Is it OK to travel with this condition? Do we need to worry about the abscess formation and returning back pain? Best doctors for this in Delhi?
