I'm 23 years old (vegetarian).I'm a student and I also work out at gym at evening. I want to know about the reason of dizziness when I stand and look down but when I see up or straight I feel normal. And also I want to mention that I am not taking any supplements as a form of protein.

Dizziness can be due to over exertion but it can be positional vertigo, it happens when you suddenly changed the posture or movement of neck as well, cervical spondilitis also need to rule out.
