I have continuous head ache and eye pain and itching. Eyes feel very dry, no discharge from the eyes not even the regular mucus which comes out. Eye sight is normal. Can not see mobile or tv. Can not travel also, instant headache. Using refresh tears for last one week. I am allergic to dust. Did some renovation at home 10 days back. Plus the rains have caused dampness everywhere in the house. What can I do? Also my face and eyes swell up when I get up in the morning.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required
