I did piles and fissure surgery 1 1/2 months ago, but these 2 days I got little bleeding during BM .I am worried about that. Please help me doctor.

Control your constipation hard stool can cause bleeding use some local ointments as advised by your surgeon sitz bath will also help in healing of wounds.

Bleed may be because of strain during BM. So try for normal stool. Continue mild laxative or 1cup hot milk mix with 1 tsp of ghee at bed time ,will also help you.
