I got hard stool due to taking of antibiotics for fever. As,3 years ago I got anal fissure that time also I got hard stool as a side-effect of antibiotics for diarrhoea. So,I took cremaffin plus laxative to soften the hard stool but still after 6 hours when I went to pass stool stool is very difficult to pass and I feel pain then I give strain and then at first blood with stool then drop of blood came and lot of pain and burning. Now,my question is laxative cremaffin is only to prevent hard stool? But It can not soften the already formed hard stool? Which one is correct? Pls tell a laxative which can soften the already formed hard stool and make eligible for easily pass.

High end investigations like MRI scan without detailed history taking is the wrong approach. 2) Comprehensive lab testing-which should include tests for inflammation and which focuses on your whole body and not only the gut. 3) detailed lifestyle & dietary advice based on the results For all diseases diet has to be fixed first before medication which may not be needed always. Remember You cannot fix your health without fixing your diet because all diseases begin in the gut only ep your gut healthy and happy.
