I am 51 years of old male suffering from severe low back pain since last few years, I am unable to seat, & walk long time. There is a "Kat-Kat" sound on movement of back. Pain is 24 hrs with me. Last few month the pain is spreading towards the both legs. Medicines have taken and physiotherapy has also done but there is not improvement. MRI has done and the impression are: Mild degenerative changes, Diffuse posterior disk bulge at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels with acute annular tear in posture-central aspect of L5-S1 disc. Central, bilateral para-median (R>L) and bilateral forminal subligamentous disc protrusion at L4-L5 Level, indenting thecal sac, narrowing bilateral lateral recess (R>L) and bilateral neural foramina, Ligamentum flavum thickening and hypertrophic facet joint at L4-L5 level causing mild secondary canal stenosis. Please advice me how my lumber pain will be cured. Thanking you, Deobrata Sarkar, email: <email> No. <mobile>
