I am 64 years old retired man. I am 5'9" tall and weighing 72 kgs. I get now & then leg pain, groin pain, knee joint pain etc. I thought I am a little over weight & wanted to reduce weight by at least 5 kgs. I have started drinking lemon, cardamom powder in warm water since three days. Will that be enough. Also I am taking sugarless coffee twice a day as my LDL cholesterol is slightly out of range of good control by 8 points. My diet is morning B/F two poories & for lunch rice just 1/4 paav with sambar or curd with vegetables in the morning & night either two nos. Dosa or chappatthi or idly. I drink nothing less than 3.5 to 4 liters of water a day as advice by doctor for my Prostate enlargement (benign). I go for a brisk walk daily for 4-5 Kms. Am I doing the right thing. Kindly suggest & reply. Thank you.
