My liver test Bilirubin, total - 0.57 mg/dL Bilirubin, Direct - 0.30 mg/dL Bilirubin, Indirect - 0.27 mg/dL SGOT - 34.5 IU/L SGPT - 58.6 IU/L Protein - 8.56 gm/dL Albumin - 4.95 gm/dL Alkaline phosphatase - 345 IU/L please suggest me about it my SGPT and alkaline phosphatase is high.

Lybrate-user, you have not worry about SGPT it is a very little increase. Above 100 is significant and that too increase in many normal viral fever and become normal after some time.
