I am diabetic. Fasting 160 and post fasting 210. I have a wound on my stomach. It is small not more than 1.5 square cm. The issue is that I am doing regular dressing for past around 15-20 days but it is not healing. I am also taking antibiotics but of no use. The first layer of the skin is removed. I can see the lower layer which is yellow in color. My question is this that is there any specific ointment or medicine which heals wounds effectively for diabetic diagnosed people?
