Hii. I workout in regular basis and last 6 mont I only eat dalia and vegetables. And very less amount of food. But I didn't loss weight. My stomach and side abs fat increase day by day and also my upper body .after eating I feel more hungry and headache. Pls suggest me what to do?

Hello actually eating less will adverse rather you need to eat nutritious avoid much sugar and carbs take lots of protein headach means you need energy which you r not getting. We need to burn fat not body. U can consult me I can tell you the way you can b batter.
