My age is 19. I am having nightfall for last 4 year's The frequency of it generally between 2-3 times a week or every 2nd day. I even faced nightfall of 2-3 times a day but very rarely. I have no practices of masturbation as well I do not watch pornography. I even tried a lot of medicines but couldn't get any result. Please suggest what to do.
