Hi, probably you need to do your preparations with time management and proper day planning. Make a chart that can be visible to you and write daily task on it and analyse your work done in the end of the day. Thats how you will overcome with stress due to panic and unplanned study time. Hi Don't take too much stress. Because when you are studying with compulsion to get seat ,then your mind automatically feels stress. So be cool. If you study with passion to get seat you will not felt stress easily. Because every human concentration levels on one work is approximately 20 to 30 mins. Then automatically you feel bored. So every half n hr give break for studying and close your eyes for 5 mins. Then take some dry fruits 2 kaju or badam. Then start studying. Every half n hr give break walk, close eyes whatever you do but give break and refresh, so your stress levels automatically decreases. All the best.
