Hello, They say that drinking lemon and honey water in the morning will help in weight loss but I catch cold and cough if I drink that so suggest me what should I do or drink early in the morning?

Its possible to lose weight by a positive change in food habits and lifestyle only. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. Take 10-15 almonds per day. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 5. ?Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in each meals. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.
