DINNER SHOULD BE LIGHT. 16 RETIRE FOR SLEEP AT APPROPRIATE TIME AND TAKE WATER 1 HOUR BEFORE SLEP. 17 HAVE AT LEAST 6 HOUR SLEEP DAILY. 18 AVOID STRESS STRAIN AND ANXIETY.
