My lower teeth front view and back view covered with yellow layer even after my complete tooth clean by a dentist. Yellowness attacking me frequently. Now please say me how to remove the yellowish colour on my tooth. What precautions I need to take so that it cannot attack in future.

you might change the way you brush or change your brush ....and brush on the inner side as well outer side

Start brushing after each meal, reduce the intake of tea or coffee, reduce any oral habit like smoking or paan etc. Regular cleaning is must along with bleaching. See a dentist in person to know if the stains are intrinsic or extrinsic.

It might be because you are not brushing your teeth prorperly, ask your dentist to explain you about brushing technique properly in future.

Do proper brushing. Don'��t forget to brush your teeth in night. Go for tooth whitening.
