Dear lybrateuser, - Hemoglobin can be increased by taking an iron & vitamin rich diet as in fruits, green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, non veg if you take, beans, lentils, pulses, raisins, nuts such as cashews, figs - also can take an iron & vitamin supplement.
