Hi, I am having bloating from past one month. I have consulted the gastroenterologist still I am facing the same problem. I am using tablets also cyra -ls and fludac -20. Can you please help why the bloating occurs? What diet should I need to maintain? Should I need to consult with another doctor?

Instead of planning to change the doctor, I wud advice you to change the lifestyle n diet. 1) meditate for 10 minutes a day, avoid stress 2) physical activity for minimum 30 minutes a day 3) avoid tea, coffee, chocolates 4) avoid junk, fatty foods, oily foods 5) hav food on time, do not postpone. Maintain regularity in having food. These steps might help you reduce your bloating regarding cyra IS and fludac, you consult the same doctor who prescribed it and follow up with him.
