Both fallopian tubes reveal evidence of coiled distal ends. There is evidence of persistent collection of contrast in distal ends of both fallopian tubes upto late film taken 20 min after instillation of contrast. However bilateral peritoneal spillage is present Opinion- Chronic salpingitis with Bilateral patent fallopian tubes. Mild accurate uterus. My hsg report says above. Please advise.
