Hello, For PCOD, avoid all junk foods and include more fibre rich foods like greens and other vegetables, also more protein rich foods. Do exercise. For at least 45 mins everyday. Drink. More water and sleep for at least 7 hrs daily. Diet chart can be given only after knowing your details. If you need a personalised diet chart, kindly consult me personally. Hope this helps.
