Hi Sir, 6 days ago, In the Afternoon I got Loose stool full of Yellow Mucus, And After Few Minutes I got Medium Brown diarrhea But After that, I got No Bowel Movement for days, I got no other symptom like Pain or Weakness, I was Fully Active, I had no idea of diarrhea, After 2 days I got Very Loose Bowel Movement, I got Another Bowel Movement after 5 mins Which was also Loose, Since 4 days I'm having extremely soft and loose stools, diarrhea has stopped but my stool is very loose, What should I do now? It's Not getting harder and formed since 6 days.
