Hi Sir, I'm 24 years old male and I was having stomach ache for couple of days, on diagnosis it was found that I have 5 mm kidney stone. So now I've been prescribed some medicine by a urologist. But he didn't quite tell me which food to take and which one to avoid in this period. Can you specifically tell me about those foods.

Hi, Avoid tomatoes, spinach, cucumber, cabbage, ground nuts, cashew, almonds, etc. Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. Take tender coconut water and nimbu pani everyday. Consume banana stem either raw or cooked, daily which helps to dissolve the stone.
