Sir, My blood group is AB+ and my wife blood group is O-, in this situation my question, is there will be any problems arise in time of my wife pregnancy. Please advise.

Your wife should get her ICT test done ,if negative then fine. When she conceives at 28 weeks of pregnancy she will have to take antiD vaccine .after delivery if baby's blood group is negative then nothing to be done ,if positive then your wife will receive another dose of antiD vaccine within 72 hrs of birth. When mother's bld GRP is rh+ve and baby's rh-ve there are chances that baby may suffer from jaundice ,to prevent this antiD vaccine is given. If patient receives her antiD Vaccines as prescribed by doctor there is no risk.
