I'm the one who always forgives and begging for pardon. My first signs of a depression were not sleeping, lack of concentration those sort of things, and not being able to cope with daily things. Now my started to fall. Never experienced such things before. How could I get my mind calm. And tell me a solution to this hairfall problem. please suggest me what to do?

Hello your problems seem more like conflict in relationship resulting in making you unsettled. I wouldn't label you as depression. Besides if you are not happy and comfortable in a relationship why remain in it? the fear of losing a romantic partner makes young people put up with unpleasant things and finally instead of gaining security and confidence you lose your self esteem. I guess this is what is happening to you. Analyse your situation and make your expectations clear in the romantic relationship.
