I am having 6 soaked almonds and going for workout from 8 to 9 am, after that 4 egg whites, breakfast 4 slices of watermelon, 1 apple, 1 cucumber, 4 pieces of papaya, lunch at 12 to 1: 30, rice ans curries, evening juice at 4 pm, 6 pista and 3 walnuts st 6: 30 and going for workout and back at 8: 30 pm, 4 egg whites, ans for dinner kellogs oats 30 mg packet, watermelon, apple, cucumber. Still not seen any major improvement in weight loss.

Hello, Almonds before workout is a good thing. But you are overeating after that. You can divide your breakfast into mini meals and eat smaller 6 meals rather than 3 big meals ,this will help to boost your metabolism.
