My friend had a cut on his shoulder. I gave him a high-five. I didn't see his hand but I saw no visible blood on my own hand after the high-five. Four days later, after washing my hands many times, I was in the shower washing my penis and soap got in the tip and it stung to urinate. Could hiv/ hep c on my hand from the blood also get in my penis? Can I get hiv/hep c from this?
