I am a 50 year old female. I have hypothyroid for past 20 years & I have been taking Thyronorm 150 .For past 2 years I have become hypertensive & taking Telma 20. I have been experiencing pain in my body for past more than 10 years. It started from upper arms. Both. But now for past 6 months I have been experiencing severe pain in my feet & legs. It seems that its a muscular pain & not a bone pain. Though I have not undergone any X --Ray. Quite recently I have started gaining weight. My current weight is 69 kg. My height is 5 ft. 4 inches. To control this I started walk. But again couldn't do for more than a week. As my feet & legs start aching. I am in total dark. What should I do for body pains. To control weight.
