My 3 months baby is on exclusive breastfeed and is gaining weight soundly. He generally poops everyday once or twice. But from the last 2 days he is passing stool during each feed. After 2-3 minutes of feeding he just passes green somewhat forty stool. In the last two days he has pooped for more tan 10 times per day. I have not gone through any major dietary changes ,so why suddenly he has started passing stool in this manner.
