Hii doctor. I want to ask about nutrients requirements of body as I am going to gym. What tablets or medicines should I take to fulfill all nutrients and build a perfect body. As I live away from home I do not get such food that contain all nutrients.

Hi, if you are working out, you need to include, pre and post workout meals to stay healthy. Pre workout should be a good carb source to keep you energetic like a fruit, almonds etc. Post workout shoulds be a combo of protein and carb, like peanut butter on multigrain toast, fruit milkshake, eggs and toast etc. For more details please connect via Lybrate private chat.
