I drink green tea for reducing my belly weight since last week. Is this helpful? Nd I want to ask. What happens if I drink it before lunch. Or empty stomach?

Yes....... green tea is helpful for reducing belly fat . Drinking green tea on an empty stomach can cause an upset stomach. Green tea has polyphenols known as tannins that increase stomach acid, which further leads to stomachache, nauseous feeling, burning sensation or even constipation. Drink green tea in between meals or after a meal which help you to burn more calories and boost your metabolism.
