I was doing workout in gym as soon as I tried to shoulder exercise I got jerk at my back since then I can't even move I am I intense pain what should I do?

After going through your details it seems your pain reaches to the discs. You have to do activity with precautions. Your back need first healing time so tissue get recovered. Take rest and do movement that give you little bit relief. You have to observe your body movement in which you feel comfortable.
