I was having nightfall after 5 or 6 days before six years continuously then one doctor advised me to marry with some girl but after marriage I am still facing the same problem. I am feeling weakness in my penis and in my body .when I do sex I could not hold erection .please help me and suggest some ayurvedic and other medicines.

NF is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal. It is natural process.
