I am 51 years old and I had an heart attack in November 2015 at that time my EF of heart was 43 now inspite of regular checkups and treatment it has come down to 30.1. What could be the reason? 2. Could we have avoided by taking better medication? 3. What do I do to increase EF or at least make sure that it will not go down further.
