I am 29 Male, software professional, healthy and fit. Height 5'8, weight 63 kg. From last 6 days I am suffering some pain starting from my right head back side (just above neck) through neck (right neck), shoulder (right) and right arm. I can feel the pain/intensity till my right hand fingers. The pain is not light nor heavy. Its not explainable. Pain is not in the hand. But just neck and back of head. It is there whole day. But I can able to all my day to day activities perfectly fine. Even I checked all my Head, neck, arm, shoulder moments. All are good. No trouble. Even able to do exercise. But this pain is irritating. There is no swelling, nothing. I think it started with a wrong position of sleep, and I thought it will be fine in 1-2 days. But its now 7-8 days, I do not see any improvement. Please let me know is it a serious issue? Or it can be cured easily? Also whom should I consult? Please help.
