I am 27 year old male I have issues with my lower back since last 2 years. I can't stand 1 to 1&half hour continuously I need to sit and I feel relief while sitting. If I stand for more than 1 hr pain starts and I have to sit. Few months ago I even can not sit for long time than I have to stand up for relief. But now I can sit for long time but can not stand continuously as my lower back hurts allot. I have to travel standing while traveling to my office from and viz a viz. I consult many doctors but couldn't get the permanent solution. I have done x-ray, MRI but nothing found. I have done consulting with chiropractor but didn't get the results. Please tell me where should I go to get rid of of mower back pain. Thanks in advance.
