Mild right proximal hydroureteronephrosis noted secondary to an obstructing 6 mm right upper ureteric calculus, seen approximately 5.2 cm distal to right puj. Few small 3-4 mm sized bilateral real calculus noted, nonobstructive on left. This is mt scanning report can any one say me what problem im having that im having pain on my stomach.

You have a stone stuck in your ureter which is giving you pain as it passes down. You can try drinking 3-4 litres of water and liquids like coconut water or barley water and hope that it passes down in urine. If pain persists after 2 days. Pls see a urologist and repeat the scan. It may need to be removed with a small procedure.
