There is always debate on how much water a person should drink daily. I am 30 years old female, my weight is 42 kg. How much water should I drink daily.

Hello It is said that min 8-10 glasses of water one should drink for proper hydration and functioning of the body. Since it is summer time you can have more than that too, it does not have any harmful effects.
