Respected Sir/Mam, I gave birth to baby boy on may -2- 2018 ,now my problem is my stomach day by it is increasing only it is not decreasing recently I heard about postpartum belt, I go to my doctor and I ask about this belt but that doctor said there is no result on this belt it's all depend on your hopes only and he is not advising any belt but he advice me to do belly exercises but I want belt sir I can't see my belly fat n thies fat ,can you pls give me your valuable information please.

Please understand this - reducing fat from 1 part of the body is not possible. That's why slimming belts do not work. They are unscientific. You need to reduce overall body fat percentage, and with this body comes in right proportion. It is all related to food and lifestyle. You need to control your food intake. Avoid eating any processed or packed food, limit intake of milk products and white sugar & maida containing foods. Your >50% food intake must be of fruits, salads, sprouts, nuts & seeds etc. Do 30 mins of cardio exercise in the morning. All the best!

Slimming belt or waist belt does not decrease any weight. There is no gadget / medicine to reduce weight/waist. You have to reduce by decreasing diet and increasing daily exercise. 1. Follow these steps. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim.
