I am a 20 years old male I am gyming continually since 6 months but 3 weeks ago due to exams I had to take break from gym now after doing cardio for one week now when I do weight training after it my muscles feel pain alot. What should I do?

Gradually increase the load. Never go for sudden. If muscle injury happen, then it will take lot of time to heal.

Excess salt in general leads to water in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain as the leg will automatically become oedematous.
