Hello, Guys, I need help to heal my right shoulder pain. It has been annoying me from last 9 months. In the month of Aug 2017 we played cricket regularly and due to some disputes I was bowled very very fastly that to through bowling. From Aug 2017 to till now I am not able to bowl and more over I am not able to even throw the ball from front fielding point to bowler position. When I throw the ball my hand is getting heavy pain on right hand shoulder joint. Please help me out to heal this pain.

If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm.
