I have chronic rheumatic heart disease. But my aso titre and rs factor normal. Does that mean I hav rheumatic fever cause I feel body pain and fever.

You can be having some infection or just routine viral & cold. It is not necessary that every fever will be rheumatic fever. So instead of making pre-sumptions, it will be best to go and consult a cardiologist & internal medicine specialist. Get a echo done to rule out any valve related infection and a CBC-diff, CRP, ESR, urine r/m & culture and consult a cardiologist with these reports.
