During this last year time I have being able to make a lost 30 in between 32 kilos. I am 40 year. My question is For intermittent fast what are the right tone & what should be the time slot & difference in between 2 meal a days. 2) for how many days can 1 do the intermittent fasting.

Hence the diet which you should take should be balanced and adequate in all the nutrients required by the body.
