As you can see from my height and weight that I am underweight, I would like to know how and what diet should I follow to gain weight or should I join gym to gain weight as I am too skinny to go to the gym.

Hello lybrate-user, you can very well improve your weight by following healthy diet in a proper way along with the exercise - Eat more often and don’t drink water or soups before your meal - Drink energy dense juices like mango, avacado, sapota, banana etc - Munch on nuts, - Add healthy foods like fruits and vegetables - Add butter, cheese in your diet (full fat ones rather than low fat one) - Have a good sleep - Exercise daily Thank u.
