How I can build muscle without taking supplement .and what kind of changes can I make in my diet to help my digestive system as well as muscle growth. Being a Teenage of 14 year I do lots of activity such as playing football, Attending tensions, exercise and lot more, it also affect my studies, I feel less concentrated. This is very big issue among all teens. We also have study pressure. Sir please Help me, because this is not only my problem, This is the problem of all teenagers. Please give solution.

According to your age 14 years heavy excersices not to do. Because this excersices gives you fatikness (muscles exosted) that's why you are not able to concentrate on study. Add in your daily food calcium vitamins protein green vegitabale salad milk end milk preparations.
