Exercise-induced nausea is a feeling of sickness or vomiting which can occur shortly after exercise has stopped as well as during exercise itself. It may be a symptom of either over-exertion during exercise, or from too abruptly ending an exercise session. Many times, nausea after exercising is caused by dehydration. If your body does not get a sufficient amount of water before, during, and after exercising, you can become dehydrated. Dehydration is one of the most common causes of feeling nauseous after exercising.
