Dear Lybrate user, - Take some precautions & try to find out the trigger for your problem: - avoid exposure to loud sound, restrict watching screen of an electronic gadget like TV, mobile or a desk or laptop, have meals on time, do not skip meals, sleep well at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed, have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day, restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, avoid exposure to bright sunlight outdoors for a long time, wear sunglasses - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga & meditation to keep mind & body relaxed & fit - take an nsaid like brufen or neproxen as & when you think attack is going to start - if nausea is there take an antiemetic - get blood hemoglobin & sugar & also bp checked up to rule out any other problem -if not much relief then consult a physician as you may require other anti migraine drugs.
